HOW IT WORKS:

Each week submit your menu request form, telling us your caloric needs, types of meals (hot, cold), number of servings per meal (gotta feed that partner too? the whole fam?), and make your requests from our database of easy and delicious recipes!
step 2:
Coach Christine will get to strategizing your weekly menu to meet your needs while maximizing variety & minimizing prep work.
step 3:
Receive your strategized menu, recipes based on nutrition goals, and grocery list based on serving needs including swap and "quick cook" options.
