These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the ChristineMayWellness.com website dba Well Beyond LLC, any related content, software, or apps, and any social media content made available by Christine May (collectively, the "Platform"), and participation in any of the service provided through the Platform. These Terms are an agreement between Well Beyond LLC ("We", "Us", or "Our") and you. Any content provided by Well Beyond LLC may not be copied, reposted, altered, published, sold, assist others in selling, manipulated, distributed or in any way exploit any of the content provided or obtained without Our written consent. By using any of the Platform you agree that you have read and understand these Terms and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. All sales are final.

Appointment Cancellations

All booked consultation coaching call payments are final. Should you need to reschedule a booked consultation call, you must provide 24 hours notice prior to your booked appointment time. Your call must be rescheduled within 5 business days of your initial appointment date. You may only reschedule up to 2 times.

Risks Of Platform Use

This Platform contains content on physical activity, fitness, workouts, wellness, and nutritional guidance and is not a substitute for direct, professional medical care and diagnosis. Content provided on the Platform is not designed to be followed, completed, or attempted without clearance from your primary physician or healthcare provider first. Not all exercises shown on the Platform are suitable or recommended for everyone. As with any exercise, if at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy, light-headed, or have physical discomfort you should stop immediately and seek medical attention. You are solely responsible for exercising within your limits and seeking medical advice and attention as necessary. We are not responsible for injuries that result from participating in exercises shown on the Platform.

 

Waiver & Liability

We provide the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You use the Platform at your own risk. We expressly disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Well Beyond LLC will in no event be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind. You expressly agree to release and discharge Well Beyond LLC from any and all claims or causes of action, and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against Well Beyond LLC.
