INGREDIENTS

Eggs, Ground turkey

INSTRUCTIONS

In skillet, cook bell pepper & onion in light oil until soft.
Add in turkey.
Once turkey is almost cooked, add in the eggs to scramble.

For prep ahead of time:
Let the turkey & egg mixture cool completely before assembling and individually wrapping up tightly in foil. (this will help it not get soggy from the steam inside the foil.)

You can also freeze them!

To heat frozen burrito: (unwrap first)
1-2 minutes in the microwave.
10-12 minutes on 350* in toaster oven
