Caramel Apple Parfait

INGREDIENTS

Vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt

Apple, Unsweetened bran cereal, Dates

Almond butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix protein powder into Greek yogurt.
Dice apples.

FOR CARAMEL SAUCE:
Soak dates in hot water until soft (10 minutes) (recommend 1 date per serving)
In blender or food processor mix dates, nut butter, a dash of protein powder & the water from the dates - about 2 tablespoons of water per 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Add more water gradually if needed to create a sauce consistency.

You can mix the sauce in with the yogurt or dizzle on top.

Top yogurt with cereal & apples.
