Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

Vanilla protein powder
carb
Quick oats
Raisins
fat
Pecans
veggie
Finely grated carrot
additional
TINY pinch of each: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice
optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix protein powder & water first (can just use a shaker or blender)
start with 1:.5 ratio water to oats (ex: 1/2 c water to 1/4 c oats) add more if needed. You want just a little bit of "extra" liquid sitting on top after mixing in with oats.
Finely grate carrots.
Mix in all ingredients
Let sit in fridge for 4+ hours.
If using greek yogurt, mix yogurt, protein, and oats, then add just a splash of water.
BATCH PREPPING:
Make one big serving and divide into containers for the number of servings you need.
