INSTRUCTIONS

Cook chicken & rice.

Dice zucchini into LARGE chunks - this will help it not get soggy
Dice Bell Pepper & onion.

Sautee veggies in a skillet with light avocado oil or roast in the oven for a hands-off option.

Top with soy sauce.
