INGREDIENTS

Plain Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder

carb

Quick oats, kiwi or fruit of choice

fat

Coconut and/or pecans

veggie

additional

Cinnamon, lime juice

optional

White chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Put quick oats in the bottom of the container and add just enough water to fully "wet" the oats.

Mix yogurt, protein, a splash of lime juice (add to taste), & cinnamon.

Top oats with yogurt mixture, fruit, & coconut/pecans.
