INSTRUCTIONS

Smash hard-boiled eggs & avocado
Add in seasoning & a dash of balsamic

Assemble as open-faced or sandwich style.

PREPPING TO GO:
Add arugula & tomato into the egg mixture container, no need to mix it in.
Keep egg mixture separate from bread & assemble when ready to eat to avoid soggy bread.
