Vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt

Mango

Chia, Coconut

veggie

Honey

optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix 1/4 cup water (or milk of choice) with protein powder & 2 tablespoons of chia sees.
Add in mangos.

Let sit for at least 4 hours.
Mix Greek yogurt & honey to top.
Add coconut flakes.
