INGREDIENTS

Ground turkey or beef

Tortilla or wrap of choice

Mozzarella cheese
veggie
Bell pepper, White/Sweet Onion

Tomato sauce, dried basil, dried oregano, onion powder, garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook ground turkey & veggies in seasonings.
Lightly spoon a layer of tomato sauce on your tortilla.
Add cheese.
Top with turkey & veggie mixture in ONLY the middle strip of the tortilla.
Place flat tortilla in a lightly oiled frying pan and wait for the bottom to turn golden.
Use the spatula to fold one side over to the middle & repeat the same on the other side.
(or just fold in half like a quesadilla!)
