INGREDIENTS

Vanilla protein powder, Plain Greek yogurt

Oats, Strawberries, Honey

Cream cheese

Nutmeg

Chia Seeds (F)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix 1/2 serving of protein powder with 1/4 cup water.
Mix protein water into oats, chia seeds, strawberries & a dash of nutmeg.
Add water little by little to create a wet but not quite soupy consistency.

For "frosting"
Per serving mix:
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt (or yogurt alternative)
- 1/2 serving protein powder
- 1-2 tbsp of cream cheese
- a drizzle of honey
